You can only return the product within 48 hours after receiving it. We only accept returns if there’s any issue with the product (rotten/damage). Please take a clear photograph of the product where we can see a minimum of 3 peppers rotten/damage and also visible expire date on the backside of packaging. Please send the photo at onlinesupport@padronpeppers.com with your order number, refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
